Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) : New Clients
Welcome to Dispute Resolution Services, the premier dispute resolution service in Minnesota. We can help you with mediation, evaluation, private decision making or other forms of conflict resolution. Our four highly skilled neutral professionals have over 100 years combined of legal and dispute resolution experience. At DRS, we assist people who wish to end their relationship with respect and dignity and with as little emotional and financial cost as possible. We also enable people to solve problems which interfere with a continued relationship.
For potential mediation clients, we offer a free 30 minute orientation. This enables you to meet your DRS mediator and learn more about the process. We will carefully select the best mediator for your case, and schedule the free orientation for you as soon as we receive some basic information about your case. (See Online New Client Information below.) We will also need this basic information in order to schedule you for a neutral evaluation or private decision making.
