Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) : Current Clients

Once this section is developed, DRS current clients will receive passwords which will apply only to their case. Our clients, their attorneys and other authorized professionals will be able to use their particular password to access this section and use it for the following purposes:

• Complete and review DRS financial worksheets

• Provide and review supporting documents

• Draft and revise Parenting Plans

• Review the Cumulative Summary of Agreement for their case and/or mediation session notes

• Provide, review and revise Balance Sheets, Monthly Expense lists, and other spreadsheets related to their case

• Review documents related to private decision-making and neutral evaluations

• Provide homework assignments

• Communicate with DRS and the other parties, attorneys and professionals
